The importance of sealcoating and property value
I found a great article about how proper sealcoating provides added value for a homeowner. You can check it out for yourself @ www.pavementpro.org/understanding.htm

Keep the warm weather coming!
April has been a good month for us so far. The weather has been great and we have picked up a lot of work. We are busy trying to get all the equipment ready for another season. Chris has been busy welding together the new floor for an older trailor, Nick is organizing and taking inventory of equipment, Mike is out trying to sell new jobs, and I'm trying to get a hold of all this technology!
We're looking forward to our hard-working collegue Jason, to be done "playing school" and joining us very soon. He has his hands busy as an elementary principal and being a new dad!!
Hopefully, the warming trend will continue and we will be busy heading into summer!

Going Green?
With spring quickly approaching, it's time to start thinking about sealcoating your driveway. Have you ever wondered if there is a product out there that is eco-friendly? The answer is "YES"! There is an environmentally safe product on the market that is specifically designed to reduce the heat radiated from parking surfaces. This helps to keep the pavement cooler, therefore prolonging its life. The surface is non-fading and provides rich, long-lasting color for years of life. Interested? Give us a call for more information! Ask for Nick @ 513-623-2313

Questions?
Ever look at a tennis or basketball court and wonder how the lines are put down?
We use a tape machine that holds two rolls of special tape, and push it along a marked line to keep it straight. Next the paint is laid down by hand with brushes. It's a great workout for the quads and hamstrings! Line painting is a great business for those who enjoy being outside and getting a little exercise while you work!!
Let's go SPRING!
